This means you can complete the theory before your holiday, leaving you more time to enjoy your dives. The Peak Performance Buoyancy course consists of 2 dives, designed to help you fine-tune your buoyancy and become a more efficient, comfortable diver. • Day 1 Your journey begins at our dive centre, where we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared and ready to dive. The warm Mediterranean waters, ranging from 22°C to 28°C in summer, provide the perfect setting for refining your buoyancy skills. After reviewing the E-Learning and answering any questions you might have, we’ll head out to our protected dive site. This site acts as a nursery, where you may encounter schools of glass fish, barracuda, octopus, lionfish, moray eels, scorpionfish, and with a little luck, even a sea turtle! • Course Dives Throughout the course, you’ll work closely with your instructor to create 2 dives tailored to your specific needs.
